1. Pipe Clamp-Preparation
1. Check the hole opening machine, slotting machine and pipe cutting machine to ensure safe use.
2. Prepare materials and tools, including: pipelines, steel tape measures, wrenches, vernier calipers, level rulers, lubricants, wooden hammers, scaffolding, etc.
3. Install the support and hanger of the pipeline to be installed according to the design requirements.

1. Use a pipe cutting machine to cut the steel pipe according to the required length, and use a level to check the cutting section to ensure that the cutting section is perpendicular to the central axis of the steel pipe. If the cut has a burr, grind it flat with a grinder.
2. Set the steel pipe that needs to be slotted on the tailstock of the slotting machine and the slotting machine, and level it with a level to make the steel pipe in a horizontal position.
3. Close the processing end of the steel pipe to the slotting machine so that the central axis of the steel pipe is perpendicular to the roll surface.
4, gently press. Jack, make the upper pressure wheel close to the steel pipe, start the grooving machine, and make the roller rotate for one week. At this time, pay attention to observe whether the steel pipe section is still close to the grooving machine. If not, adjust the steel pipe to level. If it has been tightened, slowly press the jack to make the upper pressure roller roll the steel pipe evenly to the predetermined groove depth.
5. Stop the machine and check the groove depth and groove width with vernier caliper. After confirming that the standard requirements are met, remove the jack and take out the steel pipe.
3.duct clamp-Open the hole.
1. Stretch the ink line on the steel pipe and determine the opening position of the joint branch pipe.
2. Fix the chain hole machine at the predetermined opening position of the steel pipe.
3. Start the motor and turn the handwheel to make the drill slowly approach the steel pipe. At the same time, lubricant is added to the drill bit to protect the drill bit and complete the opening on the steel pipe.
4. Stop the machine, shake the handwheel, open the chain, remove the punching machine, clean the metal block and punching residue, and grind the hole with a grinder.
5. Clamp the steel pipe with a clamp. Note that the mechanical tee should be concentric with the hole, the gap between the rubber sealing ring and the hole should be uniform, and the fastening bolts should be in place.
6. If it is a mechanical four-way, be sure to ensure that the holes on both sides of the steel pipe are concentric when opening the hole, otherwise the rubber ring may break when the installation is completed, which will affect the water inlet area.
4. pipeline installation: According to the principle of installing large diameter, main pipe, and riser first, and then installing small diameter and main pipe, it needs to be installed sequentially and continuously during the installation process. Segmented jumping and segmented assembly are not allowed to avoid difficulties in segmented connection., Affect the overall performance of the pipeline.
1. Duct clamp: fix the steel pipe on the support and hanger, and place the undamaged rubber seal trap on one end of the steel pipe.
2. Insert another steel pipe with lubricant into the rubber seal ring around the end, and rotate the rubber seal ring to make it in the middle of the interface.
3. Install it on the clamp on the outside of the rubber sealing ring, drive the flange of the clamp into the groove, press the fluctuation band ear with force, position the screw hole of the clamp, rotate the bolt and nut evenly, fix it on the nut with a wooden hammer clock, ensure that the rubber sealing ring does not wrinkle, and clamp the clamp into the clock buckle groove for a full circle.
4. Add supports and hangers on the pipeline within 500mm of the rigid clamp joint.
Duct clamp: system pressure test shall be conducted after installation of system pressure test pipeline. Before system pressure test, check whether all installation parts and fixing brackets are installed in place. The pipe may sag after installation. If the sagging arc is large, support can be added. If the arc is small, when the pressure in the tube becomes larger, the arc disappears naturally.
